API Client by OzCrypt could not start

The app shell loaded, but the React workspace did not finish starting. This can happen after a stale service worker cache, a missing production asset, or opening the source index.html directly.

• Refresh the page once.
• Clear site data or unregister the service worker, then reload.
• If running locally after unzip or clone, run npm install.
• Use npm run dev for development or npm run build && npm run preview for production preview.
